  • stay in your seat whilst in class/work

  • take it in turns (always want too be first)

  • do things quietly

  • follow instructions be it from teachers or a book

  • always want too do tasks as fast as possible

  • interrupt people mid sentence

I was diagnosed with adhd when i was just 4 years old, obviously at that age you feel normal, just like every other boy or girl on the playground.

BUT

over time you do start to realise your different.

  • behaviour

  • concentration

  • writing ( neatness)

  • friendships

  • relationships

  • anger

  • loudness

These are just a few of the many different problems that arise when you have ADHD.

I always found that making people believe you had ADHD was the hardest, there is no way too prove you have adhd and this can sometimes be linked with naughty children but believe me. naughty children and children with adhd are VERY different

Throughout this website i will be discussing many different hints and tips!

Including

  • counting

  • time out

  • take a break

  • anger issues

  • concentration exercises

  • listening and writing exercises

These hints and tips may not be from a doctor or a health expert, but believe me having lived with ADHD if you implement my way of coping and handling your problem you will see changes and you will be making a start on your road to overcoming ADHD.
